We partner with you in your organization to bring the content of our day-and-a-half Private Workshop and other customized content to your team, and coach the participants through a 3-month process where everyone takes on an initiative within the organization, aiming to deliver immediate and unprecedented results. In the process, every participant develops the mindset and habits necessary to increase their individual effectiveness and their ability and inclination to work together as a community.

A 3-day initial kick-off with Amir at your location
A Program Journal to track and guide each participant’s progress in their individual project
Six group coaching calls, scheduled every other week during the program
Unlimited email access to Amir for coaching and guidance for the duration of the three months
An additional one-day check-in visit from Amir in-person to assess progress and re-energize your team
One 45-minute individual coaching call with Amir for each participant during the program
A discount on Amir’s consulting and retainer fees for any contract executed within a year of the Academy's conclusion
